Returns & Refunds policy

Effective date: April 15, 2026

At Kingdom Prentice Tour, all sales are subject to the terms below.

1. Digital Products

The following digital products are non-refundableonce payment is completed and access has been provided:

• The Apprentice Ebook

• The Apprentice: Audiobook (With & Without Instrumental)

Because these are downloadable digital goods, all sales are final unless required by law or there is a technical issue that prevents access.

2. Event Tickets

The following event ticket is non-refundable after payment:

• KINGDOM PRENTICE TOUR

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled by us.
Tickets may be transferred to another person upon request.

3. Event Attendance Rules

For in-person events, attendees must follow the event rules listed on the product page, including:

• Presenting a valid ID matching the ticket name

• No recording without prior permission

• No minors allowed, if stated on the ticket description

Failure to meet event requirements does not qualify for a refund.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• The event is canceled by us

• A duplicate charge occurs

• A technical issue on our side prevents delivery of a digital product
